Amid unstable international conditions and rapid changes in global markets, ASEAN’s manufacturing sector is being driven to pursue structural transformation through DX and GX.
To respond to these challenges, it is essential to develop practical industrial talent that meets companies’ needs and to build a human resource development ecosystem through collaboration among industry, academia, and government.

This forum will bring together representatives from government, industry, companies, and education and training institutions to discuss the future of ASEAN manufacturing and the direction of human resource development needed to support it. It will also share future perspectives on industry and human resource development from Japan–ASEAN leaders and introduce case studies from Indonesia to explore opportunities for practical collaboration.
