ABeam Consulting Indonesia Collaborates with BINUS University to Empower Indonesia’s Future Digital Talent

　ABeam Consulting Indonesia recently had the privilege to collaborate with School of Information Systems (SIS) BINUS University through the Global Learning Systems program, sharing real-world consulting experience with the next generation of professionals in Indonesia. As part of this initiative, consultants from our Enterprise, Manufacturing, and Strategy & Analytics Business Units delivered a series of guest lectures on digital transformation, project management, and data analytics.

　The first lecture, delivered by the Anita-san and Andreyus-san from Enterprise Business Unit, explored how integrated enterprise systems serve as the backbone of digital transformation. Students were introduced to the evolution of ERP, the strategic importance of centralized and reliable data, and how leading organizations leverage integrated systems to drive innovation, agility, and sustainable growth. Real project case studies illustrated how ERP implementations can significantly enhance operational efficiency and support better decision-making.

　The second session, delivered by Kato-san from Manufacturing Business Unit, brought project management beyond theory into the daily reality of consulting work. The lecture emphasized the importance of deeply understanding business needs, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and navigating complexity in cross-border projects. Students were encouraged to build hands-on experience, look beyond checklists and frameworks, and develop a holistic view of what true project success means in a rapidly changing business environment.

　The third lecture, delivered by Kaida-san, Doan-san, and William-san from Strategic Account Business Unit, introduced students to the fundamentals of data analytics, from descriptive to prescriptive approaches, and showcased how AI and machine learning are transforming business decision-making. Through case studies in sales forecasting, anomaly detection, and marketing optimization, the session demonstrated how data-driven insights can create tangible value across various industries and why data and analytics capabilities are increasingly essential for future leaders.
