ABeam Consulting Indonesia Successfully Implements SAP S/4HANA® Public Cloud at PT Global Infotech Solution

ABeam Consulting Indonesia proudly announces the successful Go-Live of SAP S/4HANA® Public Cloud at PT Global Infotech Solution (GIS). Delivered in six months from mobilization to hypercare, this program marks a significant milestone as the first SAP S/4HANA® Public Cloud implementation for the IT solutions industry in Indonesia. The initiative equips GIS with a modern, scalable digital core designed to accelerate growth, strengthen governance, and enable real-time decision-making across the enterprise.

To realize these outcomes within an ambitious timeline, ABeam and GIS adopted a fit-to-standard approach anchored in SAP best practices and ABeam’s experience-driven delivery methodology. The functional scope encompassed finance and controlling, sales and procurement, inventory, and selected project/services processes tailored to the IT-services context, while the technical foundation covered data migration, third-party integrations, security and authorizations, embedded analytics, and release management. Throughout the project, the joint team emphasized quality assurance through iterative testing cycles, controlled cutover, and a structured hypercare plan to stabilize operations after go-live.

ABeam’s methodology provided a clear governance backbone with milestone-based steering, transparent project planning and tracking, proactive risk management, and disciplined scope control.
