Learning from internal and external experts at a diverse range of training sessions to help employees see social issues as their own personal issues
 

We are working together with stakeholders on various initiatives to ensure that our human capital can contribute to the realization of a sustainable society.
As the things that each employee should understand vary depending on their situation, we utilize training and learning opportunities that are divided by level to transform employees’ ways of thinking and improve their skills.

Lv.1 Fundamental knowledge ABeam employees should have

All employees including recent graduates and mid-career hires undergo training where they receive information on global trends and ABeam’s sustainability-related activities.

Lv.2 Acquiring deeper knowledge on certain social issues

Through training where employees can learn about topics they are interested in, either for their jobs or privately, we encourage employees to treat these topics as their own personal issues.

Lv.3 Acquiring knowledge for co-creation with clients and stakeholders

With employees who make proposals to clients or engage in service development as the main targets, we hold training sessions that contribute to concrete actions, where we provide internal and external case studies as input while considering the value that we can provide.
