The company decided to replace their current SAP ECC6.0 by SAP S/4HANA as the key solution to achieve this, providing:

Project Scope and Expected Benefits

The SAP S/4HANA implementation project will focus on applying CP Global Template and enhancing core functionalities in finance, accounting, manufacturing, material management & maintenance across three companies and nearly 500 plants. Furthermore, to ensure smooth operations during and after implementation, ABeam Consulting also provides change management analysis to help businesses and users quickly adapt to optimized business processes.

With 5 phases in project follow SAP Activate methodology, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy and Run, the project timeline is set for nine months, with an anticipated go-live date of November 1, 2024.
