Japan Association for Chief Financial Officers Director Koji Nitto Appointed Executive Advisor for ABeam Consulting

　ABeam Consulting Ltd. (Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Takahiro Yamada, President and CEO) announces that it has appointed Koji Nitto, Director of the Japan Association for Chief Financial Officers (Former Director, Executive Vice President, CFO and General Manager, Global Strategy Division, OMRON Corporation), as an Executive Advisor in a move intended to add further depth to corporate management for sustainable growth and to advance our transformation in the area of finance to further strengthen our competitiveness.

His work on ROIC management as CFO of OMRON Corporation through March 2023 included the management, proposal and implementation of the "Reverse ROIC Tree," which enables ROIC improvement at the field workplace level by incorporating ROIC indicators into KPIs for each business unit. His track record includes achievement of a fourfold increase in corporate value over the previous 10 years. He is also highly regarded globally as a leading figure in financial strategy, and was ranked third overall among outstanding CFOs in Japan in "2022 Japan Executive Team," a management evaluation ranking by Institutional Investor Research, Inc.

　With the appointment of Mr. Nitto, ABeam Consulting will expand its structure and services to strongly support transformation of the financial domain, providing integrated services ranging from the formulation of financial strategies in line with management strategies to process transformation, system building, and the use of digital technology.
