ABeam Consulting, a leading global consulting firm, is pleased to announce that it will be hosting an online seminar to introduce the Manufacturing DX in Vietnam for Data utilization to the self-reliance of local members.
 
When discussing with clients from the manufacturing industry in Vietnam, we sometimes hear problems such as “We cannot spend time to train local members because we are too busy with administrative tasks”, “We are struggling to ensure quality and stable operations because of the rapid turnover of local members and lack of skill retentions”, “We hope local members to autonomously promote actions to improve their workspace, however, we have not been able to achieve it.”

Knowledge transfer and on-site training are possible in Japan because of the established training system, duration of service, and on-the-job training by competent personnel.  However, in Vietnam, the language barrier, cultural differences, and ease of personnel turnover make it difficult for some to stay on track.

After working in the production engineering department of a major chemical manufacturer, he gained experience in a wide range of projects related o the manufacturing industry at a consulting firm specializing in the manufacturing industry.
In his current position, he is widely engaged in projects and service launches with the theme of value-creating by combining manufacturing operations and digital technology.
He has experience in many DX projects mainly Smart Factory in the manufacturing industry in Japan and overseas.  He also has experience in Smart Factory consulting experience in Vietnam.
