ABeam Consulting Ltd. will implement a training digital transformation project (e-learning) to upgrade Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank's (OCB) internal training activities with SAP Litmos solutions.
ABeam Consulting supports OCB to improve the overall digital capability of its human resources by using the latest digital technology, utilizing its experience in implementing many human resource management and development systems in the banking industry and other sectors.
Accordingly, the E-learning project will be implemented within 7-8 weeks and is expected to officially go live in October 2022. The solution is cloud-based, providing a user-oriented experience that has a modern interface design and collaboration features offered on optional devices.
With the upgrade of the training digitization application, OCB hopes to bring an optimal learning experience to learners and lecturers. Learners can access the course in an easy, friendly way, with diverse learning content; Teachers can interact more effectively with learners through digital platforms, and can build internal learning communities to exchange and share knowledge, experiences, and skills for learners. In addition, managers will be able to generally monitor and promote the learning path of employees.

It is known that at OCB, all employees have clear promotion opportunities and a personal roadmap planned for each as well as opportunities to participate in training courses suitable for their capacity and goals in order to make the best use of their strengths. On average, nearly 600 classes are held each year. The courses are updated and oriented to digital transformation, which helps to improve the comprehensive digital capacity for human resources.
