ABeam Consulting Health and Productivity Management Statement

Human resources are our most important assets at ABeam Consulting. In order for each consultant as a professional to help ABeam enhance overall corporate value on a continuous basis, we must each manage our own health effectively in order to deliver high levels of performance.

ABeam Consulting views its employees as athletes in the business field, and will be committed to creating suitable conditions for our employees to achieve self-fulfillment.

ABeam Consulting and our health insurance association have been promoting various activities concerning employee health. This time, we have visualized and systematized our activities and plans from the perspective of health and productivity management. We have clarified these efforts in the action policy with the aim of maintaining and improving good health of our employees.
Also, an in-house working team called “Well-Being Initiatives (WBI)” has been established to further advance health and productivity management. The initiatives led by WBI involve the analysis of health examination results for each employee, clarification and resolution of health issues such as lifestyle-related diseases and women’s diseases, mental health, as well as promotion of self-management in efforts to enhance the level of health literacy and performance among our employees.
We will be teaming up with Smart Work Initiatives and Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives in efforts to comprehensively improve ABeam’s work environment for our employees with diverse backgrounds, enabling them to work more independently, freely and intelligently. This will help us all contribute to the continuous enhancement of corporate value for our client companies.
