Back in 2009, Ho Chi Minh city had been facing difficult issues which they had to make a way forward and decision on metro line O&M. There was no precedent case in Vietnam. In order to settle these issues, ABeam was selected as a consultant and dispached to Vietnam - Ho Chi Minh City, since we have various consulting experiences in railway sector.

Mitigating Potential risks
In 2000s, a lot of MRT comapnies in the South East Asian were exposed to business continuity risks due to unstable financial condition. In order to avoid such situation, it was important to study O&M oraganization embedded with counter measures against potential financial risks.
Following local regulations
By defining stratetgies responding the extracted risks along with Vietnamese own legal frameworks stipulated in various area, effectiveness has been secured.

Utilizing our consulting expertise in the railway industry, we provided a wide range of support from the conceptual stage of organizing the entity to the implementation of a business management system, contributing to the establishment of a management structure that supports sustainable operation and maintenance activities of the Ho Chi Minh City Metro.
