To address these challenges, Thai Parkerizing embarked on a comprehensive digital transformation journey, selecting RISE with SAP S/4HANA® as the core enterprise platform. With the support of ABeam Consulting, the company adopted a value-chain–driven approach covering the full cycle from strategy design to realization and ongoing operations. ABeam Consulting provided end-to-end services spanning Business Process Improvement (BPI), SAP S/4HANA implementation, and ongoing Application Management Services (AMS). Prior to the S/4HANA implementation, ABeam Consulting conducted a Business Process Improvement (BPI) initiative to identify key operational changes, alongside DX workshops with management to define future digital transformation themes from a strategic perspective. These insights were consolidated into a clear DX roadmap, aligning business priorities with technology enablement.
Following this roadmap, SAP S/4HANA was implemented as the first foundational step. In addition to S/4HANA, OCR and RPA solutions were also deployed to enhance automation, improve efficiency, and reduce manual workloads. Post go-live, ABeam Consulting continued to support Thai Parkerizing through Application Management Services (AMS), ensuring stable operations and continuous improvement.
As a result, Thai Parkerizing now operates on a modern, integrated digital platform that streamlines processes, improves data accuracy, and establishes a strong foundation for advanced analytics and further automation—enhancing organizational agility and competitiveness in a rapidly evolving market.
