Technology Consultant (Digital Realization – Robotics and Analytics)

Job description:

S/he will help our clients to realize digital technologies along with digital transformation strategy incorporating with our management consulting team. S/he needs to be a highly creative person more than just a software engineer, will be responsible for a variety of project works through designing business processes, discussing technology implementation ideas, design and developing a software, analyzing results of implementation. S/he is expected to have multidisciplinary technology specialties where key projects will be: 

1. Robotic process automation (RPA)
   • Process assessment and design for RPA implementation
   • Robots development (BizRobo, UiPath, etc.)
   • Continuous improvement in agile methodology
2. Digital project management support
   • Manage a large scale digital implementation
   • Issue identification and resolution
   • Improvement of management process
3. Data engineering
   • Data engineering with data scientists

 

Qualification:

• Msc of computer science or equivalent (EE/ME, statistics, math, physics)
• 3 to 5 year experience in either of the following:
  • Business process reengineering and software requirment gathering
  • Full cycle software development 
  • Project experience at major multinational companies
• Skills, knowledge, ability:
  • Software implementation in any languages e.g. C/C++, JAVA, Python, R, and SQL/No-SQL database
  • RPA experience is plus
  • Fluent in English, Native Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
• Other qualification:
  • Business acumen still with hacker's mindset
  • Good team player
  • Self-starter
  • Strong entrepreneurship to build a new practice in ABeam globally
  • Mentally/physically tough and tolerate traveling and working different environment on a weekly basis
