Senior Technical Solution Architect
Job Description:
- Understand customer needs and requirements to define system architecture and specifications.
- Analyze current technologies used by customer and determine best solution in the market that fits customer requirements.
- Understand complex customer requirements, break it down to manageable and understandable activities that can be carried out by project team.
- From complex customer requirement / issues, design and devise one or more solutions or workaround that can be accepted by customer and implemented successfully.
- Propose and establish technical framework for necessary contributions from project team.
- Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources and scope.
- Plan and design the structure of a technology solution.
- Communicate system architecture requirements to development teams.
- Plan and Design complex architecture integration, interfacing method with customer systems.
- Oversee architected solutions in a project to ensure the implementation of agreed architecture, while providing knowledge and guei project team member on any issue during the implementation of the solution.
- Lead and assist with solving complex technical problems/issues when they arise.
- Address technical concerns, architectural decision / query from customer effectively.
- Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions.
Job Requirements:
- At least 10 years experience in IT areas with 6 years in system analysis and solutioning/ design/architecture.
- Proven experience as a Technical Solutions Architect.
- IT Consultant thinking and Leadership skills are essential.
- Hands-on experience with solutioning for complex system architecture, with multiple diverse system, interfacing, data movement, data architecture and database design.
- Experience designing solutions for data management and analytics.
- Understand Project Management and Software Development Life Cycle.
- Excellent communication skills can describe and explain complex process/architecture/issues without being complicated.
- Fluent in English speaking, and writing.
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Current understanding of best practices regarding architecture, system integration, data management, business intelligence and system security measures.
- Experience in designing enterprise application architecture.
- Advanced understanding of data analysis techniques and processes.
- Extensive knowledge and experience working with data management tools (ETL), databases, and BI tools.
