ABeam Consulting Singapore supports SMU's enterprise transformation with RISE with SAP

We are proud to have served as the implementation partner for Singapore Management University (SMU) on its university-wide enterprise transformation with RISE with SAP, announced by SAP ahead of SAP NOW AI Tour Southeast Asia 2026.

In support of the SMU2030 Strategic Plan, we worked alongside SAP to establish a connected, cloud-based digital foundation spanning finance, HR, procurement and travel, built on SAP Cloud ERP, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, SAP Concur and SAP BTP. The program standardized processes across functions, reduced system complexity, and improved visibility across the university.

Since going live in January 2026, SMU has recorded strong early results, including 83 percent active adoption of SAP SuccessFactors and more than 10,000 suppliers onboarded through self-service registration in SAP Ariba.
