ABeam Consulting Singapore partners IMDA to train IT Professionals

ABeam Consulting Singapore has launched a 6-month programme which is open to fresh and mid-level professional Singaporeans to acquire knowledge and specialist in Business and Technical Analyst roles.

This is part of Company Led Training (CLT) programme under IMDA's TechSkills Accelerator (TeSA) initiative that aims to enable fresh and mid-level professionals to acquire specialist, expert or mastery-level competencies for jobs in demand by the industries, especially those that support Smart Nation projects. This effort is in line with the company's initiative to develop a pipeline of IT professionals to serve high market demand for both the latest SAP skills and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) developers. In addition to the technical skills, we also aim to develop resources with sound industry knowledge who can bridge the gaps between business requirements and IT applications as enabling tools.

The company will train up to 20 fresh and mid-level professionals over two years. Under the training programme, the company will focus on building professionals' capabilities in three competencies i.e SAP Business Analyst, SAP Technical Analyst, and RPA Technical Analyst. Upon completion of the CLT, trainees will be enabled to proactively identify client needs, improve analytical & presentation skills and able to use tools and software to meet client business needs.
