In the maturity assessment provided by this service, each domain—including sales, design, procurement, production, and maintenance—is evaluated from multiple perspectives based on the maturity assessment dimensions for global manufacturers: organizational structure, processes, KPI, data management, and tool utilization. First, interviews are conducted regarding business workflows, data integration, and decision-making mechanisms to confirm the current state of BOM/BOP and workflows, as well as the extent of person-dependent operations. Next, the current state is quantitatively evaluated using a proprietary maturity model from the perspectives of organization, processes, and systems.
