In recent years, the environment surrounding Japanese companies has been changing at an unprecedented pace, requiring them to accurately grasp these developments and make swift management decisions.
To maximize the value we deliver to our clients, we revisited our “Vision 2030” and formulated a new growth strategy in response to these management challenges—namely, shifts in the CxO agenda.
At the core of this strategy is human capital management. We regard human capital as the starting point for all value creation, and we address social issues by contributing to our clients’ societal transformation while advancing our own sustainable growth.
Positioning the development of transformation leaders as a core mission, we will embody our “Real Partner®” philosophy at an even higher level through co‑creation with stakeholders and further accelerate social transformation.

We identified key materialities in 2020 before formulating our sustainability policy in January 2022. As a social transformation accelerator that creates new value with clients, ABeam Consulting partners with communities, companies, and institutions to promote sustainability activities.
