-    Smart Air Conditioning Zoning and Control: We've implemented an intelligent air conditioning zoning and control system, which operates on timers and senses space usage, responding dynamically to space demand. This ensures that we optimize energy use while keeping our workspace comfortable.
-    Platinum Green Mark Rating for Lighting: Our office now achieve the "Platinum" Green Mark rating, indicating the highest level of energy efficiency in lighting.
-    Water Efficiency: We have incorporated water-efficient fittings approved by the Water Efficiency Labelling Scheme (WELS) to minimize water wastage. Additionally, we've adopted equivalent water-efficient flow rates and flush volumes for all water fittings.
-    Green Certified Renovation Products/Materials: Our renovation project exclusively utilized green-certified renovation products and materials approved by a local certification body, further reducing our environmental footprint.
