ABeam Consulting Ltd.

　ABeam Consulting Ltd. (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Tatsuya Kamoi, Representative Director, President and CEO) announces that Takahiro Yamada will assume the position of Representative Director, President and CEO effective April 1, 2023.
　The Company also announces that on the same date, Takayuki Morita, President and CEO (Representative Director) of NEC Corporation, will become Chairman of the Board of Directors, while Tatsuya Kamoi will become Vice Chairman of the Board.

Takahiro Yamada, Professional Background
Mr. Yamada joined ABeam Consulting in 2003 after working for foreign consulting firms in Japan and the U.S. He was appointed head of the Finance and Social Infrastructure Business Unit after serving in a wide range of industries, particularly general trading, finance, telecommunications, energy, and transportation, where he was responsible for strategy formulation and management, operational and IT reforms. After serving as Director in 2016, he was appointed Representative Director, Vice President and COO in April 2020.
