DX (Digital Transformation) generates “Competitive Advantage” and leads “Business Transformation” with digital solutions. DX activities include many required activities for management goals achievement e.g., setting up enterprise positioning and defining organizational capabilities. The key success factors (KSF) to the DX achievement are very crucial where they are required EA concept, to-be approach and IT and business alignment, and Agile concept, flexibility and customer value focused, for leveraging and realizing the outcome.

Agile EA is a core method for DX achievement and fulfills four DX KSFs in age of VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity). Agile EA method is also applied as a core method and empowering engine for other solutions i.e., DX Roadmap, Data & Analytics Strategy and IT Architecture Assessment.

We will utilize our knowledge and experience using standard framework which is TOGAF 9.2 for establishing the foundation of EA and to align with your organizational objectives. Moreover, we will apply our industry framework to initiate the baseline processes and/or to compare with .your existing business processes to analyze what has been missing. Agile EA method is consisted of 3 backlog groups: Strategy, Design and Management Backlog, each group has its own activity and objectives of its activity.

By applying agile iteration concept into the approach, it’s allowed the project to conduct scope prioritization and activity selection (backlog list) in order to save time and effort and, moreover, provide time-to-market and flexibility to the project.
