The initiative, conducted from May 12 through Aug. 15, focused on assessing and recommending technology options to consolidate event, donation, campaign and donor management systems while enhancing financial reporting capabilities.

The engagement produced as-is process flow diagrams, a consolidated system requirements list, a vendor fit-gap evaluation matrix and a Project Findings summary with prioritized vendor recommendations.

The outcome provided the Players Trust with a clear roadmap to select and implement new systems that will streamline operations and strengthen donor engagement.
