The forefront of Business Process Re-engineering by RPA and ChatGPT

Here in Vietnam, we often hear that companies have troubles expanding their business as smoothly as expected due to factors such as high liquidity in terms of rising wages and job openings, concentration of workload on expats due to the transfer of operations from neighboring countries to Vietnam, local labor practices, and business backgrounds that cannot be clearly explained.
In this seminar, we will introduce the tips for digital transformation in Vietnam as one of the solutions to solve above issues, as well as how to utilize the latest technologies such as RPA and Chat GPT and use cases.
