PT. ABeam Consulting Indonesia obtained ISO27001:2013 certification, an internationally recognized Information Security Management System (ISMS) accredited by the British Standards Institute (BSI).
We are pleased to announce that PT. ABeam Consulting Indonesia has achieved the internationally recognized ISO27001:2013 certification for an information security management system (ISMS) certified by British Standards Institution (BSI).
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) defines the ISO27001:2013 as follows
“ISO/IEC 27001:2013 specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving an information security management system within the context of the organization.”
The certification process itself is rigorous, lengthy – 6 months in duration, therefore, epitomes our commitment and practices on a total of 114 security controls, security risks assessments and treatments, security incidents handling, proactive and mitigative actions, business continuity and other essential security frameworks.
The exercise also sees the emergence of a new ISMS team structure for PT. ABeam Consulting Indonesia has been put into deployment since the start of the certification audit preparation covering Consulting, and System Development Services. In-scope for this certification includes Data Management & Analytics, Enterprise, Financial Service, Manufacturing & Automotive, Trading, PO (Practice Operation) Finance & HR (Human Resources), Strategy and operation, and Strategic Account. The achievement of this level of security accreditation is a team effort.
The ISO27001 certification, fittingly, has aligned us to ABeam Consulting Japan Information Security Management System goals, compliances and regulatory.
