Project Management Office(PMO) service is one of the strength of ABeam based on the rich experience in several countries/industries/types of project.
One of the uniqueness of our service is that we cover not only the PMO of IT side but PMO of Business side to support our customers who are not familiar with IT projects and lead the project successful.

Currently we are looking for a motivated and qualified individual to fill the following position:

Project Management Office Consultant


The Role:

(Biz & IT Common)
  • Support the interview and analysis of current business process and related document
  • Support planning of project related activities and creation of overall project plan
  • Support creating the project management deliverables (e.g. WBS, Issue List, etc.)
  • Support controlling the progress of each tasks
  • Support resolving the issues by involving related parties
  • Support planning for the post cut-over support
(Biz PMO specific)
  • Support the analysis of current business process
  • Support designing new business process
  • Support Business Requirement Document(BRD) creation
  • Support Basic Design Document (BD) review
  • Support User Acceptance Test(UAT) planning & progress control
  • Support User Training planning & progress control
  • Support migration planning & progress control (e.g. data cleansing, supplemental data creation)
  • Support requirement change handling during the project
  • Support customer notification planning & progress control
(IT PMO specific)
  • Support the analysis of current system functionality
  • Support Conceptual Design Document(CD) creation for new system
  • Support Basic Design Document(BD) creation
  • Support Detail Design Document(DD) creation
  • Support System Development & Unit Test planning & progress control
  • Support Connectivity Test planning & progress control
  • Support System Test planning & progress control
  • Support Migration Test planning & progress control



  • Male or Female with Vietnamese nationality
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree in related field
  • Minimum 5 years experiences up for full cycle of System Implementation Project
  • Must have in-depth knowledge of System Implementation Project
    (e.g. Phases and respective activities, Necessary Deliverables, etc.)
  • Customer focused with excellent problem solving skills.
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, good teamwork player
  • Good communication both English and Vietnamese (Japanese is nice to have)
  • Able to travel outside Ho Chi Minh City and overseas
  • Experience for consulting firm is advantage
  • Possess personal attributes such as creativity, positive thinking, quick learning, imagination, leadership, judgment and maturity, curiosity, strong interpersonal skills, professional integrity and initiative.
