Hello and welcome to ABeam’s Digital Transformation booth at Asia Digital Expo 2018, a government sponsored event organized by Digital Economy Promotion Agency (DEPA) under Thailand’s Ministry of Digital Economy and Society. We are excited to be here to connect with the community that is interested in leveraging digital solutions to improve business efficiency.

As a leading digital solution provider in Japan, we understanding that a concept of digital transformation can be daunting for companies, particularly those that understand the need to transform to survive in increasingly competitive market environment but are still not sure where to begin. With this in mind, at the event, which will be held at in Bangkok, Thailand, at Queen Sirikit National Conference Center on 25-27 January 2018 from 10.00-19.00, ABeam will bring digital solution experts from our Japan office on-site to provide business strategy insight and demonstrate how ABeam can guide businesses through successful digital transformation. We uniquely develop our proprietary showcase pieces in Japan and import them to Bangkok to illustrate how AI, data analytics, IoT and digital labor can impact your operational efficiency and hence your bottom line.

To demonstrate our digital capability, the following technologies will be presented at our ABeam’s booth near the hall’s main entrance (booth number S1).

Data analytics – HyperCube. Compete against AI-driven car on a physical race track to see if you can beat it. Join us for the fun of racing against AI race car trained using machine learning technique (spoiler alert, AI always win) while learning about how to apply the same software that trains our car to enhance your business.

If you do join us, you will be driving physical car using remote controller on a 2.0x1.5 meters physical course pictured above. The race track is internally developed by experts in ABeam Japan Business Intelligence team using state-of-the-art technology in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The track is unique (we only have the one track in the world!) and it has been showcase in many Expos around the world including in Japan and the US. This will be the first time this technology is exhibited in Thailand.

Digital labor – OCR/RPA. Turn physical papers into management report with minimal human intervention. Join us to find out how.

At our booth, we will demonstrate our Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution through one of many applications of our solution, converting information on physical papers into structured data in IT system.

As physical documents are scanned through optical scanner, ABeam’s advanced OCR software organizes unstructured text into predefined columns with high accuracy. Once documents are scanned, information, such as invoice amount, is stored in temporary spreadsheet, similar to data in structured relational database. After that, RPA automatically upload scanned data into ERP system. The entire solution is software-independent can be implemented on almost all Windows based system with minimum investment in additional hardware. Human intervention is only required to operate optical scanner and verify errors.

IoT – miniature factory. Visualize how physical sensors can improve efficiency of your production line. We can’t bring a factory to the Expo but do come join us to see our miniature factory model with real sensors that transfer data into a custom-built monitoring system in real-time. Pictured above is a video demonstration of our miniature factory but you will not see just the video at our booth. We will import real machine from Japan to illustrate the capability of our solution and show you how it can improve your operational efficiency.

Connective Customer – SAP Hybris. Connect multiple functions such as front-channel management (in-store, e-commerce, mobile) to maximize the customer experience, digital marketing, subscription billing, and customer service. ABeam will demonstrate how enterprises can boost business with the latest commerce and customer experience management solution.
