Event Report : Defining the Intelligent Enterprise - Oct 2018

Innovations can either be Digital Transformation Enabler or Digital Disruptive. Since innovations being of paramount importance, organizational needs driven by businesses need sustainable competitive advantage over its competition and potential threats. As a result, Multinational Companies based in Penang are innovation enthusiasts and embrace Digital Transformation to revamp their businesses to be customer centric and cost savings. Organizational alignment towards innovations has led ABeam Malaysia to organize an event themed “Defining the Intelligent Enterprise” on 3rd October 2018 at Eastin Hotel in Penang.

The final section of the event was about SAP “Digital Learning” consisting of learning content development (SAP Enable Now) that is popularly used by enterprises promoting employee engagement, workforce inclusion and knowledge adoption presented by Tan Soon Leong from SAP. Marziah from ABeam then shared SAP Education Promotions for year 2018 besides walking through with the audience on ABeam Malaysia’s winning Awards from 2009 to 2017 inclusive of Partner of The Year Award for 2017 – S/4HANA.

The event was concluded with a networking luncheon. It was indeed an event to remember and how becoming an Intelligent Enterprise needs a well-planned journey, timely execution and preparing a new organizational culture for Higher Performance.
