Joined ABeam Consulting in 2005 after working for foreign consulting firm. Served as Project Manager and General Manager of business and system reform support and organizational restructuring support projects in the public sector, including central government ministries and agencies, judicial institutions, independent administrative institutions, and educational institutions, utilizing experience in system design, construction, and operation from previous positions.
