HRGA Manager

Job Description :

 

Manage and Lead HR & GA team to perform activity such as but not limited to:

  • Support management by developing, integrating, and implementing HRGA strategies that maximize employee and organizational effectiveness.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Statistical reporting to internal management (employee demographics, skills inventory, absenteeism, overtime, employee turnover) and external agencies (e.g., government agencies, insurance companies, unions etc.)
  • Supervise HR process of companies on our group, from recruitment, selection, performance management, engagement, and development.
  • Control the number of employees in line with the need for manpower to support operational.
  • Create communication of business performance, company policy, and HR issues to employees.
  • Build and maintain a good relationship with related government institutions (such as Manpower Office, Immigration Office, Disnaker, BPJS TK, BPJS Kesehatan, etc).
  • Monitor, control and evaluate the implementation of the company’s rules and regulation.
  • Propose new or improved HRGA Policies for approval by Managing Director and ensure the proper implementation.
  • Manage HR and GA department and members as an assignment, workload control, evaluation and mentoring support and monitoring daily activities.
  • Execution and implementation of HR and GA operations improvement based on Management intension and Company strategy

 

Required Skills/ Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferable from Law.
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written from cross-board communication standpoint.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in HRGA field with 5 years in leadership role.
  • Working experience more than 5years at Japanese multinational or global company in Digital & Technology sector or Consulting. (*size in Indonesia is more than 200-300 employees).
  • Experience of execution and implementation for improvement in operational efficiency and workload.
  • Strong Leadership, wide networking, and good interpersonal skill.
  • Have a sense of responsibility, a proactive attitude, strong pressure resistance and good cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Have broad knowledge and experience in expat permit, company legal document permit and renewal.
  • Easily build, have strong relationships, and can communicate well with government agencies, especially BKPM, Customs, or Ministry of Trade.
  • Having good knowledge and experience in safety and security.
