Compensation and Benefit Specialist
Job Description :
Payroll/ Compensation Benefit Specialist will handle all payroll related matter, income tax, and maintain employee benefit. Responsibilities will be:
- Calculate employee incentive and expense
- Prepare monthly payroll data for employee including expatriates and freelance
- Coordinate BPJS TK and BPJS Kesehatan registration/ termination
- Handle NPWP registration / termination for expatriate
- Checking employee income tax and tax reporting
- Income Tax return for expats to work with HQ HR and Tax accountant office
- Payroll vendor management
- Maintain employee leave management system
- Maintain employee private insurance and other existing benefit
- Develop a compensation benefit program based on comprehensive analysis
- Update law and regulation with regards to payroll, income tax and benefit and report to supervisor
- Handling employee question regarding compensation and benefit
Required Skills/ Experience:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any major or equivalent.
- Minimum GPA 3.0 out of 4.0 scale.
- At least 5 years of experience in payroll and income tax, in multinational company
- Prior experience in payroll consultant/ tax consultant would be preferable
- Attention to detail and able to work in high confidentiality matter
- Passionate in compensation and Benefit activity, both strategy and operational
- Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of employees
- Proficient in English (Business Level) is a must to work with HQ HR and Tax accountant office
- Working Experience more than 3years for payroll, income tax and benefit at Japanese multinational company or global company
- Deep understanding in income tax both for local and expatriate employees
- Always up-to-date to the latest compensation benefit related regulation such as Regional Minimum Wage, BPJS capping, non-taxable income, etc.
