SOLUTION
Our blended and high impact team partnered with the client's key IT leadership team to:
- Interview the newly formed senior management team and identify the challenges, issues and opportunities facing them
- Consolidate disparate groups into a cohesive corporate IT organisation
- Develop and deliver a series of one-day "Uncertainty Workshops" for managers, providing them with the guidance and management tools to use during the transition period
- Develop a series of 1/2 day "Uncertainty Workshops," delivered in seven global locations, to help staff during the transition and offer a forum for providing feedback to management
- Design and facilitate senior management team building at an offsite location to provide a forum for senior managers to exchange ideas and come together as a team, process and develop consensus responses to feedback from the uncertainty workshops, and facilitate a more effective operating unit
- Help the client develop and articulate a comprehensive and compelling vision with clear benefit statements segmented by stakeholders and staff
