CHALLENGE

Johnson U.S.-based brand companies were running several disparate home-grown and off-the-shelf applications that, while addressing the needs of individual groups, did not allow for any integration of information.

WHY ABEAM?

ABeam had successfully implemented SAP across Johnson’s manufacturing facilities in Asia.

SOLUTION

• Implemented a common ERP system platform across all companies worldwide
• Dedicated on-site team of ABeam consultants conducted several business process workshops for all the three brand companies and Johnson Corporate employees
• During Blueprint phase, the team designed a set of synchronized to-be business processes and fine-tuned the project scope
• Launched realization phase and managed off-shore programming effort through ABeam’s Global Development Center in China
