CHALLENGE

To better serve its customers and achieve greater operational efficiencies, Scottish Water is transforming the way that it plans, schedules and executes work across its entire mobile fieldforce. ABeam were engaged to not only to manage the technology aspects of the program but to ensure the solution would drive process compliance and behavioral changes.

WHY ABEAM?

Recognized expertise in areas of strategic planning, program management and change management.

SOLUTION

Through its "Mobile Fieldforce Transformation" approach, ABeam was able to direct the involvement of internal teams from the initial design through deployment of the final solution.

ABeam was central to the successful implementation of new scheduling technology and the upgrades to existing corporate work management systems. ABeam helped Scottish Water develop a transformation program which had very clear focus on both business and technical constituencies, which was fundamental to realizing the new system's benefits.
