TOKYO, JAPAN – July 17, 2009 – ABeam Consulting, a global provider of operational consulting services, announced today it has established a U.S.-based arm of its outsourcing practice. Based in Dallas, Texas, the practice began operations on July 15 and is ABeam’s fourth outsourcing location following Tokyo, Shanghai (China), and Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia). The new practice expands the company’s around-the-clock support in both English and Japanese languages for its clients that are accelerating their global business development.
Said Mr. Toshirou Inada, Executive Officer, Outsourcing Dept.: “Many of our clients see expansion into additional markets as an opportunity for growth during the economic slow down. As they do so, they are in need of a trusted partner to provide cost effective and high quality outsourcing services for IT system maintenance and operations. With our quality control in Tokyo, Global Development Center in Shanghai, and these four Outsourcing locations, ABeam is ideally positioned to provide global support while remaining closely aligned with the business’s goals and processes.”
The addition of the U.S.-based Outsourcing practice means that ABeam can now provide clients with increased convenience and response time through around-the-clock operations in both English and Japanese. ABeam’s Japanese clients benefit from a seamless support environment as they expand overseas, and can rely on a partner with a deep understanding of Japanese operating standards, governance and regulatory rules. Global clients benefit from ABeam’s long established track record of successful ERP system deployments, domain expertise in several industries, and the high level of quality control that would be expected from a Japanese consultancy.
ABeam Consulting intends to increase its overseas bases and expand its outsourcing business to 600 employees by 2013.
